Winds of Destiny is a Private Operating Foundation that seeks to honor, love and empower each woman as they transition from a life of survival to a life of purpose and destiny.
Feed the hungry and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out of the darkness around you, will be as bright as noon. The Lord will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring. Some of you will rebuild the deserted ruins of your cities. Then you will be known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes.- Isaiah 58: 10-12
As the founder, Winds of Destiny was born out of one of the most difficult seasons — a time marked by deep pain and profound loss. In the midst of that darkness, it was my unwavering faith in the Lord that became my anchor and source of hope.
Through that journey, the Lord revealed to me that even in sorrow, there is purpose, value, and destiny. He breathed new life into me and gently led me from merely surviving to thriving. He brought healing and restoration—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
What I once thought impossible has now become a calling: to walk alongside the Lord in offering hope and joy to women whose hearts have been broken by emotional and physical abuse. This calling has also expanded to include supporting single mothers facing financial distress—those on the brink of homelessness or struggling with utility shutoffs, unable to meet even their most basic needs due to job loss, medical crises, or other unexpected hardships.
As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Winds of Destiny is here to partner with women as they step into healing and wholeness in all areas of life. The journey will take work. However, the transformation is life-changing.
The vision and mission we are walking in will leave a legacy that will transform lives for many generations as Winds of Destiny seeks to rebuild and restore wholeness for each woman we partner with.
